Walking The Walk: Preventing Sexual And Other Forms Of Harassment In The Workplace

Workplace harassment, in all forms, is unacceptable and against the law. This course illustrates the types of harassment workers can experience while also showing how to prevent it, report it, and support those have been victimized by it.

Clearly explaining the key terms associated with harassment and supported by demonstrating real-world scenarios during which harassment occurs, this course teaches employees the meaning of harassment, how it shows up in the workplace, and what to do about it as a victim and/or a witness. The topics in this course include Hostile Work Environment, Quid Pro Quo Harassment, Third-Party Harassment, The Active Bystander, Responding To Harassment, and Practicing Civility. These lessons show employees how to mitigate harassment-related conflict while creating a more civil and inclusive work environment.
