Overview

No worker should have to tolerate workplace harassment. This video training course educates managers and supervisors about California laws regarding sexual harassment and prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace. This is the third part of the four-part course for managers to fulfill their California training requirement.

This training explores the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and protected employee groups. Federal and California-specific protected groups are explained. This video explores examples of inappropriate behavior and other forms of harassment. Furthermore, the course details specifics on retaliation claims and LGBT rights (SB396) under California law.

Workplace harassment can occur in many different places and ways. This video course helps managers understand their role in sexual harassment prevention. Managers and supervisors must complete all four parts to comply with the law, so be sure to continue with Part 4.
